Our minimum qualifications for Non-Voice TSR position are as follows:

  ● College graduate: Must have completed OJT, tech savvy, no call center experience needed
  ● Completed a 2-year course / 2nd year college level: 7 months straight TSR experience OR 1 year CSR experience
  ● 2nd year college level (incomplete): 1 year TSR experience (max 2 centers) or 2 years CSR experience
  ● 1st year college level: 1 year TSR experience in one center OR 2 years total experience as CSR
  ● High school graduates & vocational/TESDA course graduates: 2 years TSR experience (max 2 centers) OR 3 years total experience as CSR
  ● K-12 Graduate (STEM and ICT track ONLY): 7 months TSR experience OR 1 year total CSR experience

You may visit our Metro Clark, Pampanga office Mondays to Saturdays at 9AM or 2PM. If you are outside Pampanga,
you may visit our Makati satellite recruitment hub Mondays to Fridays at 9AM or 2PM instead.

We have 5 recruitment stages that you need to pass. 3 are done onsite – initial assessment, the HR interview, and
Operations Manager interview. The last 2 are offsite – the Quality Team interview and the Client interview, which are
done over a video chat.
The first 2 stages take a few hours. The remaining stages can be scheduled within 2 weeks or depending on your
availability and the clients’.

We operate 24/7, with shifting schedules. Rest days vary as well.

For successful applicants living outside Pampanga, we’ll make it easier for you to #MakeTheMove. We’ll take care of
your housing for your first 6 months at TopData to ease your move to Metro Clark, Pampanga!

It is about 5-minute drive or 10-minute walk from the TopData office.

Our Makati satellite recruitment hub is located at 18F Philamlife Tower, 8767 Paseo De Roxas, Makati City. We are open
Monday – Friday from 8AM to 6PM.

Our Pampanga site is located at 11th Floor Entec2 Bldg., Sto Rosario, Angeles City. For walk-in applicants, visit us
Mondays to Saturdays, our exam starts every 9AM and 2PM.
