I joined TopData in 2016 and since have received guidance in realizing my true potential contributing to both my personal and professional success. Since I got hired, it has always been my goal to step up; the people here provided so much support and convinced me that I have so much to contribute. From an agent, to a Subject Matter Expert, to a Team Leader, I got rewarded with great compensation, camaraderie, and skill enhancement. I started working for TopData back in 2017 when I was lost and didn’t know which direction I should steer my life into. It is my first full-time job and I was initially wary of the environment, the people, and the work processes. Everything was a foreign concept to me. As time went on, I was able to leave my worries aside and the company helped me enjoy my stay. Until now, I enjoy doing what I do and I wouldn’t have it any other way.

After a year of joining TopData, I got promoted as a Quality Analyst. My experience here has been the best adventure in all my BPO life so far. People here are fun to work with and I never felt dragging myself to work. With good compensation, benefits, and career growth, I don’t see myself leaving the company as it changed my life in a better way!

When I joined TopData, I was a fresh graduate and thought that I will just be incompetent in the real-world since I didn’t have any work experience. The company gave me a chance to show and hone my skills and I am thankful to have been able to provide financial help to my family and help me save for my future too. I still have a lot to learn and improve and I trust that with the guidance I am getting now, I will soon reach my dreams and goals in perfect time. TopData can turn aspirations into reality.

I’ve been working in TopData for more than 3 years now. I stayed this long because of the great opportunities available. They helped me grow in a lot of areas such as my technical skills, and taught me how to communicate effectively. This made me stay and become a better version of myself. Also, because of the enormous benefits here, I was able to extend my help to my family and the people I care about. There is no better victory than that!
